Hard to read small
hard to. read but good reference. seems technical. ican look up what interests me. probably won't read cover to cover. I bought this because I was a client of the author. he gives good advice and explains why
I highly recommend reading this book to better understand the link between certain foods and cancerr. Only 5-10% of cancer is genetic; the rest is preventable through diet, not smoking etc. This book explains in plain English what you need to know and what you can do to improve your health and lower your risk of getting cancer.
